4Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one HY777 account. Registering multiple accounts for the same person — regardless of different names, contact details, or payment channels used — is considered a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. HY777 uses the details provided during registration for account verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

1. You are responsible for keeping your HY777 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share them with any other person.

4. Account transfers between individuals are prohibited. Your HY777 account is personal and non-transferable.

5Deposits and Payment Methods

All HY777 deposits and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). HY777 does not accept foreign currency or apply currency conversion to any transaction. The following Philippine payment channels are available for deposits, subject to current availability at the time of your transaction:

1. The minimum single deposit at HY777 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment channel and your account status.
2. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. HY777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and deposits received from third-party sources may be returned and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

5. HY777 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit was made from a verified account in your name as part of standard KYC or anti-money laundering checks.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your HY777 account are paid in Philippine Peso to a payment account registered in your name. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account are not permitted and will be declined.

1. The minimum withdrawal amount at HY777 is ₱200. Withdrawal maximums may vary by payment channel and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
2. Before processing a withdrawal, HY777 may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases a photograph of the payment method used for deposits.
3. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within ten minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. These are indicative timeframes and not guaranteed processing windows.

7Bonuses and Promotions

HY777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and periodic event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the conditions below and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

1. Bonuses are available to eligible members who meet the criteria stated in the specific promotion. HY777 may exclude certain members from specific promotions where the member has previously abused bonus terms or where the account does not meet minimum activity thresholds.
2. Wagering requirements are the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is activated. Wagering requirements for each HY777 promotion are stated on the promotion page. The default wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified, is 30x the bonus amount.
3. Not all HY777 games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games typically contribute 10–25%. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms for each applicable offer.
4. Bonuses have expiry periods. An HY777 bonus that is not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically. The associated wagering requirement is also cancelled when a bonus expires.
5. 8Casino Game Rules

1. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each HY777 casino title are sourced from the game provider's official certification and are published in the game information panel. These figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
2. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or online casino session, the round outcome will be determined based on the game state recorded on the HY777 server at the time of disconnection. HY777 is not liable for losses caused by third-party internet service interruptions.
3. Bets placed in error — including bets placed at incorrect stakes due to input mistakes by the player — cannot be voided after a round has been initiated.

9Sports Betting Rules

HY777 operates a sportsbook covering Philippine and international sporting events including basketball, football, MMA, volleyball, and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on HY777:

1. All sports bets are final once confirmed through the HY777 interface. Confirmation is indicated by a bet reference number appearing in your betting history. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless HY777 declares a specific market void.
2. Odds displayed on HY777 are indicative and subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet are those confirmed at the time the bet slip is accepted, not those visible when the slip was initially opened.
3. Markets may be suspended or voided at HY777's discretion — for example, in cases of event cancellation, postponement beyond thirty-six hours, or where the integrity of a market cannot be verified. Voided bets have stakes returned in full.
4. Maximum stake limits per event are displayed in the HY777 sportsbook and may vary by sport, market type, and account status. HY777 reserves the right to adjust stakes on individual accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
5. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection reliability. HY777 is not responsible for bet placement errors caused by internet latency on the user's side during live events.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are explicitly prohibited on HY777 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

1. Registering more than one account — whether in your own name or through associates using different contact details and payment channels to access the same benefits.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or payment documentation during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using HY777 for any money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by applicable law.
4. Exploiting software glitches, mathematical errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any HY777 game or system to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
5. Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool that interacts with HY777 in a way not intended by the standard browser interface.
6. Colluding with other HY777 players in any game format — including but not limited to live poker and live casino tables — to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over HY777.
7. Using HY777 services on behalf of another person, whether paid or otherwise, without explicit written authorisation from HY777.

11Account Suspension and Closure

HY777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Failure to provide identity documentation requested during KYC within the specified timeframe.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
4. Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider. Where chargebacks are raised against legitimate HY777 transactions, the account will be suspended pending investigation and any winnings generated from the disputed deposit may be withheld.
5. Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, device, household, or payment method.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance remaining in the HY777 wallet — real money and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the member with no outstanding issues, real-money balances above ₱200 will be returned to the member's registered payment method following final KYC verification.

12Responsible Gaming

HY777 is committed to providing a safe, controlled environment for online gaming. We believe that every member should be able to enjoy the platform as entertainment within personal limits they choose and control. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all HY777 account holders at no cost:

1. Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on total deposits to your HY777 wallet. Once a limit is applied, it cannot be increased for at least 48 hours, though it can be reduced immediately.
2. Session Timers: Configure a maximum session duration. HY777 will display a reminder when the configured time is reached.

14Limitation of Liability

HY777 is provided on an "as available" basis. While HY777 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from:

1. Planned or unplanned platform maintenance periods, provided reasonable notice is given where possible.
2. Internet service disruptions on the user's side, including mobile data failures, router issues, or ISP outages.
3. Events beyond HY777's reasonable control including natural disasters, government orders, power failures, cyberattacks on third-party infrastructure, or failures by payment processors.
4. Bets placed using the member's own credentials by a third party, where HY777 was not notified of unauthorised access before the bets were settled.
5. Any losses arising from the member's decision to gamble — including losses resulting from games played correctly and fairly on the HY777 platform. All outcomes are subject to normal casino variance, and no representation is made that gambling at HY777 will result in winnings.

Nothing in these terms limits HY777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

15Amendments to These Terms

HY777 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or operational practices.

1. HY777 will publish the updated Terms and Conditions on this page and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of the document.
2. For material changes that significantly affect member rights or obligations, HY777 will notify registered members via email or in-account notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.
3. Continued use of HY777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw any real-money balance.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of HY777 shall first be referred to HY777 customer support for resolution through our internal complaints procedure. HY777 commits to responding to formal complaints within seven business days.
2. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to the applicable Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes.
3. You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from your use of HY777, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
